USB aroma diffuser. omg

Current Mood : Distracted
Currently listening To: Heaven's Door - Toshiyuki Morikawa

See. I knew it. I knew naming this blog exploding braincells was appropriate. I can so totally relate to the name right now. OMG! I can hear it pop!!!~

I'm just so glad I have managed to get some work done today, especially on that news article due for ComTech. I feel so productive! Now totally drained though. I won't be surprised if my English isn't coming out right either.

Also, bless whoever that invented music. Bless whoever that invented the music player software. For without thee, I wouldst have died a slow torturous death doing my assignments. X__x

----------------

I found this chunk of news (Click to read) on TheStar.com while randomly surfing the Tech pages.

The initial reaction?

What...on....earth.....

A USB aroma diffuser. It sounds so unique. Feels so contemporary. Interesting and innovative.

But whatever for?! I mean, I really liked the cup warmer concept from before, in fact I'm still looking for it. However. Is there any prominent purpose in inventing this? =_______= It claims to “inspires emotional stability” and “soothes stress and anxiety.” Is this for real? The only thing that inspires my emotional stability is sleep, and it's a tie between chocolates and finishing my assignments to sooth my stress level. How can smells that clogs your nose and irritates the nose to constantly sneeze while blocking your breathing skills be anywhere near inspirational or soothing?

Lies, all lies I tell you. D=

Besides, I find scented perfume, cologne and aroma rather annoying. I might even have a mild allergy against it. The last thing I need, is entering say, the computer lab and having to sniff like, 10 different types of smell at the same time. Who knows what kind of deadly concoction that would brew. O.o And can you imagine what happens if the aroma oil spills onto either your USB or your laptop/pc? The tragedy!

-Say no more. I know I am a pessimistic person in this-

Why can't these designers come up with something more useful? Like, find a way where we can cook our instant noodles without leaving the notebook/pc.

As for anyone in ComTech who reads this, don't get any bright ideas with this you hear? Do NOT bring it to use in class. Thank you.

Yahoo, Google & Microsoft

Current Mood : Sleepy
Currently listening To: Tane wo Maku Hibi - Kousuke Atari

The Titans are clashing.

And it is not the Transformers invading Earth.

We are talking about the civil war between Yahoo Inc, Google Inc and Microsoft. Microsoft is vying to purchase Yahoo over and Google is sweating in anticipation. We are wondering what is going to happen to Yahoo Inc next. Will Yahoo finally submit to Microsoft and allow itself to be bought over?

We are wondering how will Google Inc react. Will they be able to coop with giant Microsoft utilizing Yahoo's services to further enhance their productivity? Or will they fail miserably and be casted into the shadowed backgrounds of the world wide web? Will Microsoft and Yahoo finally be able to pick up their pace and return as worthy competitors against Google.....

We are Google fans

We doubt Google will fall due to it's mass followers, it's impressively extensive services that has made us all happier users, it's user-friendliness will that not be forgotten. We believe that Google shouldn't worry, and allow competition to further strengthen their corporation. We believe that Microsoft, Yahoo and Google are each special in their own field, therefore they each have their own loyal legion. It is just that nobody is ever satisfied with what they have huh......

Personally, WE believe that the current issue is rather overrated. People are worrying their pants off for nothing. Isn't this just another normal business transaction? It happens all the time. It will happen in the near future again, maybe not with the current 3 titans, but it will. Isn't this healthy competition? We think it is. And we, as a consumer of their services am glad competition is there.

Why?

Because regardless of what happens in the end, the online community are the ones that has everything to gain. The corperations are battling to our advantage. Services and products are constantly released to entice more consumers to follow them like puppies wagging their tails. In order to better themselves they create opportunities for us users.

This is great news! And this is all the news we need.

Who are we? We are my doggie and I. =D
